[Fluxus] compiling with racket 5.1.2+

with the help of the racket list we are a bit closer solving the crash 
issue with racket 5.1.2+

you have to build racket with the '--disable-places' and 
'--disable-futures' options.

there's also a problem with our collada-import, which gives a very 
strange error message during boot:

i had no time finding out what the problem was, but disabling 
"collada-import.ss" in fluxus.ss got rid of the problem.

it seems that even a very simple code containing (read-xml) makes fluxus 
display the error above.

although this works from racket.
