[Fluxus] scons library oddness

Well, then that's fine. This *was* a bit of a odd situation and nothing went
wrong on any significant scale.  I just saw some unexpected behaviour and
thought I'd report it in case it would hint at more fundamentally odd stuff.

Clearly there is a workaround if anyone else would run into it, and clearly
it's at least predictable. I consider it closed yet I'm still happy; I'd
rather have one bug report too many than one too few. That and I now
understand it all better.
