[fluxus] uninstall 0.7 before installing 0.8? [linux]

installing on top should be fine - it only involves /usr/local/bin/fluxus
anyway, so back it up if you are worried.

be aware that the 0.8 version has a few bugs, particually involving the
osc messaging - you might prefer to upgrade to the cvs version if that
might cause you problems.
