[Fluxus] SConscript update for Homebrew, 64 bit, & OSX 10.9

Howdy all,

I updated the SConscript so it can handle a Homebrew prefix and build a 64 bit fluxus via an ARCH=64 option. There's also a small tweak to set the c++ stdlib as Xcode 5 uses C++11 by default and I was seeing some weird undefined references to STL stuff. I also updated the readme.

What's the best way to forward it to you guys? A patch?
