[Fluxus] Binaries for Ubuntu 12.10

I have audio working after getting Jack configured! I haven't tested
putting a video on a cube or anything like that yet, so I am not sure if
video works (see my previous posts about commenting out 'fluxus-video.ss'
in file 'fluxus-modules.ss' to get fluxus to complete it's compile).
