[Fluxus] fluxus with sound input on OSX 10.8.2 + jacks

Probably the trick is that you recompiled fluxus, while Gaspar is trying
to use the binaries built for previous OS X/JackOSX versions. I try to
build a new dmg with the JackOSX beta in the coming days.
