[Fluxus] build issue on g4 tiger

It's almost like there are two paths... with the "PATH" set in .bash_profile
enabling me to run racket (commenting it out stops that) but not allowing
tools like which and whereis to see the contents of the relevant dir.

Since we know what the output of "which racket" should be I could hardcode
that into the scons configuration, but I don't really dare to as that sounds
like asking for a lot more trouble later on.
