[Fluxus] OSX 10.6 with JACK 0.88?

this is one of the reason fluxa is not in the dmg. the other is that for 
some reason i could not make it work as i remember. and it's a console 
application, but if it is run as an osx app the console is hidden. it's in 
the development tasks list, we just have to find some time to fix the 
problems.
