[Fluxus] OSX 10.6 with JACK 0.88?

unfortunately the osx dmg does not contain fluxa. i had some problems 
building it as an app in the past, and hasn't worked on it since. if you 
want to use fluxa, you need to compile fluxus yourself at the moment, i'm 
afraid.
