[Fluxus] crashing with vectors

Dear list,

This crashes Fluxus;

(vmul 10 (hsrndvec))

Probably a issue with vmul not checking it's input types when these involve
procedures, I imagine. I seem to remember that it does catch it if the
second term is a plain vector as I made that mistake quite a few times.
