[Fluxus] fedora 12 rpms

hi all,

i made fedora 12 32-bit rpm's from the latest git version.

the mzc part of the main sconstruct script was not working. it gave me 
this message:

error writing to stream port (Broken pipe; errno=32)
ERROR: Failed to run command 'mzc'

i could not figure out what was the problem with the pipe, so i changed 
that the mzc command is started by the subprocess module. i hope i 
didn't break building on other machines.

i added the fedora spec file to git. i put all the various package 
directories (debian, macos, fedora) in a new packages folder.
