[Fluxus] building latest fluxus

I had a problem building fluxus-0.16rc3.tar.gz.  During scons quit at this message:

Is there something I can do to get over this error?  Should I try 16rc2 or 16rc1?

This version was built 9 months ago, doesn't PureDyne have V17?  Is there a V17 available?

Or what is the incantation to get the latest source from savannah?
