Hi all,

Moving towards a 0.17 release...

* updated CHANGES
* added (apropos), and changed (help) so if it cant find an exact match
to the function name you specify, it returns the result of (apropos)
* added (get-bb) to return the bounding box in local space for any
primitive
* added (voxels-pos) and (voxels-index) from that poly->voxel script
* added similar (pixels-texcoord) and (pixels-index) for getting texture
coordinates from pdata indices or vice versa
