[Fluxus] london workshop and planetarium commit

Hi all,

Evan and I are doing a fluxus workshop tomorrow evening in London at the
Roebuck pub near London Bridge:

Also, I've committed some final changes to the planetarium module and
added examples/planetarium.scm. Here's some evidence of it's use:

The render to texture code worked really well, it should be possible to
hack this to project scenes onto surfaces of any shape (as long as you
can make a model of it).
