[Fluxus] windows binary

Hi all,

I don't think this is going to be too successful, but there is a windows
binary here:
http://www.pawfal.org/fluxus/files/fluxus-0.16-win32-i386-v1.zip

It's built on win2k, so it would be interesting to know if it works on
xp and vista. 

Known problems:

 * ctrl key not being detected - need newer glut version
 * crash when the interpreter executes code with an error 
 * audio/midi/osc not yet supported
 * multitexturing/glsl shaders not yet supported
