[Fluxus] Still troubles with fluxa

hi Janosch,

i give a step by step instruction how i run fluxa on osx 10.5.7, maybe 
it helps. jackpilot is not involved at all. my experience is that you 
are better off without it. use macports jack instead.

- set the default input and output to aggregate device in audio midi setup

- the aggregate device is configured to use built-in output and built-in 
microphone (you might miss the built in output here)

- run jackd:
$ jackd -d coreaudio -r 44100 -p 2048

- start fluxa:
$ fluxa
fluxa server ready...

- check the connections
$ jack_lsp -c
system:capture_1
system:capture_2
system:playback_1
    fluxa:Out0
system:playback_2
    fluxa:Out1
fluxa:Out0
    system:playback_1
fluxa:Out1
    system:playback_2

- start up fluxus and run the script:
(require fluxus-016/fluxa)
(play-now (mul (sine 440) (adsr .1 1 0 0)))
