[Fluxus] glActiveTexture and multitexture extension on Mac OS X 10.5.6

I was fine with the console version but seeing crashes with the .app.   
Not sure if it had to do with the way mzscheme and dr scheme  
frameworks were linked, or if it is the problem you are seeing.   
Either way, I've just upgraded to 10.5.6 from 10.4.11 so I need to  
update all of my libraries now.  I'll let everyone know if I figure  
anything out.
