[Fluxus] fixes and 0.15rc3

Hi all,

Some more fixes:

* Fixed to the shader code - previously you couldn't have more than one
instance of the same shader with different parameters.
* Fixed (load-texture "") crash
* Fixes load-texture when the specified file isn't a png.
* Fixed cursor hide (ctrl-m)
* Added -hm to the flags to startup without the mouse pointer

This could probably be the one - the osx link error is the only thing left
