[Fluxus] problems trying running fluxus, help please!

Hi Andres,

I think the root of these problems is that PLT messes up if you install
over the top of it - you need to completely remove the plt directories in
/usr/local/lib and /usr/local/include before even building a new version
(otherwise it picks up bits of the old install to build the new one and
ends up in all sorts of mess)...

Also, there are some changes in new PLT releases which I think are causing
other problems, so for the record - I'm using plt 4.1 and this should work
for fluxus 0.15 or the current cvs.

Also - it's (build-cube) not (build cube), not sure if that's a typo tho.
