[Fluxus] text improvements

i am sending some slight modifications to further improve scratchpad 
readability. small fonts were hard to read because outlines were 
rendered on the top of the shape. i switched the rendering order of the 
font shape and the outlines, and increased the line width.

what do you think about having a config variable from scheme for 
GLEditor::m_VisibleLines(40) and m_VisibleColumns(60)? i was using 
fluxus on a widescreen monitor the other day and the top and bottom 
editor lines disappeared all the time.
