[Fluxus] drflux

Hi all,

Mouse camera control now works in drflux the same way as in the
scratchpad, and all the mouse events are propagated from mred to fluxus.

Also (require (lib "drflux.ss" "fluxus-0.14")) now provides all of the
fluxus commands to the script - it was missing quite a few before.
