[Fluxus] livecode fest slides

Hi all,

These are my slides from the recent livecoding festival.

Along with Julian Rohrhuber we did a combined parallel
supercollider/fluxus workshop - which was very interesting as we took
turns to introduce features of the languages from the first principles.
