[fluxus] fluxus in mred

Hi all,

I've uploaded the script from that screenshot:

As far as I see it, we should be able to rig up an environment in
drscheme that looks like fluxus to scripts (ie replicate the input and
draw callbacks from mred rather than the glut window) then we'll be able
to debug and profile fluxus scripts in drscheme. This then leads to the
situation where it will become the primary way of using fluxus,
possibly.
