small but important misc fixes:

* repl crashfix (when just evaluating garbage)
* backwards selection possible in the editor (shift and left/up arrow)
* rare but alarming editor eating-of-text bug fix
* 99% of errors are now sent to the repl (and not sterr anymore)
exceptions are startup stuff and OSC related errors.

* added (fluxus-error-log) which returns all the errors in the previous
frame (I call this at the end of the main render loop in scratchpad.ss)
