[fluxus] texi docs

there is a preliminary texinfo version of the fluxus docs which ive recntly
committed to cvs. its currently a straight transliteration of the existing html
docs, but should be a bit easier to extend and edit over time (not to mention
easier to index and cross reference). its also possible to generate html, info
and pdf files from the same source, however there are still some formatting
issues, in particular getting the current .css to work a bit better with the
generated html. have a look, and let me know what you think.
