I think it may be a frame out, also, it sort of depends "where" the frame
is positioned in the audio stream, or how the encoder interprets the frame
begin/end with the audio.

I'm liable to blame the encoder for drifts too :)
it should be fine as long as the samplerate/framerate is a whole number.
