[Fluxus] JackPilot not find Fluxus

I had this same issue on 10.8, but recompiling the Fluxus source code myself fixed the issue. Make sure to compile with: 

scons
sudo scons ADDONS=0 install

because the old quicktime libraries will throw errors when compiling at > 10.6
