i would suggest something from the 0.18 versions.
the date in the filenames reflects the date of the git snapshot from
which they were compiled from.

this was compiled on 10.6, contains the video module and the ffgl
plugins. if you want to use video or camera input this is your only
option at the moment.

this one was compiled on a 10.7 i think. no video, but ffgl plugins are
included.
