[Fluxus] fluxus-video fails to run

unfortunately, fluxus-video is quite fragile on linux. it needs a rewrite,

that a Linux one or a secret new Fluxus plan?

Odd, because my distro here is Ubuntu 10.11, maybe Ubuntu made changes since
you made that extension as Ubuntu is mentioned in your readme file.

This is a shame as I had some nice ideas about performing with acoustical
musicians using this somewhere this summer. I'll do some poking maybe the
problem is just a mismatch between what libraries are actually needed and
which ones Scons complains about.
