[Fluxus] samples in fluxa on OSX

Very simple. If you take the example one liner that comes from "(help
sample)" and replace the sample name by the "sample.wav" that's in
/material/samples/ you'll be doing exactly what I did here and I think we
can agree that should work.

(play-now (sample "/your/path/sample.wav" 440))

Please note that the errors Fluxa gives when not able to load samples don't
always accurately reflect the nature of the issue. There is some oddness
there and I seem to remember the source and comments reflected that when I
last looked into loading samples. Back then the issue was a non-standard
header which I don't believe can be the issue now.
