[Fluxus] build issue on g4 tiger

this shows that scons cannot find racket in the path.
> "-Ino racket in /bin /sbin /usr/bin /usr/sbin
> /opt/local/bin/ /Applications/Racket v5.1/bin/ /Applications/Racket

maybe you need to restart the terminal you build fluxus from?
if not, what does 'which racket' returns? it should be
/Applications/Racket v5.1/bin/racket

this is not required, and won't help:
> PATH=$PATH:/Applications/Racket\ v5.1/include/
