sorry for the break, had a bit of a situation here to get me off of this. ;)

ok, well .... there's no crash, no backtrace, that way.
but i guess the reason why the kernel wants fluxus shut down in the 
first place is still there.
i think i'm going to get myself familiar with valgrind. is there 
anything i should be especially looking out for?
