[Fluxus] cameras and pixels

Dear list,

Is there currently any way to attach a camera to a pixel primitive? I looked
up and down the help sections on the relevant functions and went through the
list archives. It seems to me that this was once considered yet in the end
we went with nested renderers instead? Or does the idea still survive?
