[Fluxus] drflux fixes/problems

hi all,

i tried to fix the drflux issues reported by francesco. changes are 
committed to git.

you need to uncheck Language/Choose Language/Show Details/"Populate 
"compiled" directories for faster loading" from the DrRacket menu, 
otherwise an error message is displayed complaining about 
"make-directory: cannot make directory". racket tries to make a 
directory in the installed fluxus collects path, but fails. probably 
this setting can be set in the drflux.ss from code somehow, but i could 
not figure out how to do it yet.

it more or less works, although sometimes it does strange things on my 
os x system. the same code once works, but gives a black screen second 
time. drflux might have been affected by the racket/gui rewrite, which 
happened a while ago.
