[Fluxus] fluxus install instructions for Ubuntu 10.10

Thanks for the feedback

Im having this error message after typing in scons

Checking for C library racket3m... no
ERROR: 'racket3m' must be installed

Yet I do have  Racket v5.1 installed- thanks again for any feedback
