[Fluxus] fluxus install instructions for Ubuntu 10.10

Hi everyone,

First I'd just like to say... Great program!  I'm using it this weekend for
one of my shows.

I successfully built fluxus on Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meercat and have posted
fairly extensive instructions on my blog:

I couldn't get fluxus to compile with any 5.x versions of Racket, but scons
threw no errors and very few warnings with PLT 4.2.2.
