[Fluxus] Reference

There's some PDFs in the documentation folder of the Fluxus source.

There's also a copy on flossmanuals

http://en.flossmanuals.net/Fluxus/Introduction

I'm not sure which is updated, but the one on flossmanuals is a lot
more usable :).
