[Fluxus] win32 0.17 binary

Hi all,

Here is a binary windows version of fluxus for testing. It shouldn't
need anything installing. As well as the fixes from last week, I've got
the OpenGL2 code working in this release (shaders and render to
texture). I've also included the OpenAL module, but couldn't get it to
recognise my sound card - could someone please test the openal example
in fluxus/share/doc/fluxus-0.17/openal.scm ?
