i'm sorry i could not build rpms for recent fedora versions, 
but my ati radeon video card is no longer supported by the 
ati driver.

as far as i remember /usr/local/lib is not on the library 
path in fedora by default. you can try adding it:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib
