[Fluxus] list-ref crash

Dear list,

Fluxus  can be crashed outright by accidentally giving list-ref two indices.
Here is a small example;

(list-ref (list 1 2) 3 4)

Of course that "4" shouldn't be there at all but typos happen. Note that
this example will (likely) crash and data may be lost.

I'm running 17b3 on Ubuntu Linux (the plain stable one, kept up to date)
using the most plain version of PLT on offer on their site in source form.
To the best of my knowledge compilation didn't give any worse warnings than
can be expected with GCC moving towards more strict rules about various
depreciated constructs. I could probably look up more details if needed.
