[Fluxus] ctrl+ b minor issue

Dear list & Hi Evan.

Since the "cursor blowup" was added we also got the option to change the
cursor's colour.
However, the "blownup cursor" is the default green colour, instead of the
user-defined one, when this is different.

I've been meaning to point this out, but somehow never got round to it.
