hi all,

due to popular demand i added some new polyhedron primitives to fluxus.

the new functions to build the primitives are:

(build-octahedron)
(build-icosahedron)
(build-dodecahedron)
(build-great-dodecacronic-hexecontahedron)
(build-trigyrate-rhombicosidodecahedron)
(build-gyroelongated-pentagonal-cupolarotunda)
