[Fluxus] debian package

I got the debian source package at:
http://debian.goto10.org/debian/pool/main/f/fluxus/

Did some small changes:
- allow amd64 build
- try to add info documentation (somehow works but ...)
- fix build dependencies? (in fact I just changed them to get it
  compiled)
