[Fluxus] osx binary app

i'm trying to make a binary fluxus app for osx.

http://fluxus.mndl.hu/fluxus-0.16-1-090206git.mac_intel.zip

it requires an intel mac and osx 10.5 probably, but it should work
without plt scheme or any macports libraries installed.

you need to unpack the zip file and copy Fluxus.app to /Applications.

could you please test it, and give some feedback?

if you feel adventurous you can try making the app yourself from the
latest git:

scons --app
./macos/osx_app-postbuild.sh
