[Fluxus] osx app runtime loading problems

(current-directory), find-system-path 'exec-file), (find-system-path
'orig-dir) return '/', when the app is started from Finder.

(find-executable-path) returns #f, although it can find the executable
if it is run by Fluxus.app/Contents/MacOS/fluxus.

(current-library-collection-paths) is empty.
