[Fluxus] french translation of fluxus man and ref

Hi Paraita,

That's great news! I have been working on getting a version of 0.16 we
can release and then start working on 0.17. Most of the big changes and
new functions added between 0.15 and 0.16 are listed in the CHANGES
file. 

I've also been working on converting the docs to a more readable format
here: http://www.pawfal.org/dave/files/fluxus-documentation.pdf (the odf
file is in git) I'm going to basically paste the function reference on
to the end of this document before I release 0.16.
