[Fluxus] repl problems

i think i finally found what caused the randomly appearing linebreaks in
the inline help. i committed a fix.

while testing this i was reminded of the remaining repl problems i know of:

- tabs are not converted in inline help strings and displayed improperly
e.g. (help "push")
- (help "vsquash") prints the help text of (vclamp)
- prompt goes out of the screen at the bottom quite often
