Hi all,

I'm still trying to get a release done, but still finding bugs:

* Fixed (build-*) with bad numbers - eg. (build-ribbon 0) was crashing
if you tried to use the returned value as a primitive id later on in a
script.
* Fixed a fluxa crash if you specified a non-string as a sample name.
* Fixed a numeric exception in fluxa with very small delay times
* Added a global offset time to fluxa
* Apps are now installed as fluxus and fluxa rather than fluxus-0.16 and
fluxa-0.16
