i fixed some minor issues with hsv conversion limits.

i found that (load-texture) aborts fluxus if used with anything but a 
png file. (load-texture "") gives "read error", (load-texture 
"some.jpg") gives "Not a PNG file", and both aborts fluxus. is this 
coming from libpng?
