probably plt 399 is on your path. running 'which mzc' from the terminal 
should return
/Applications/PLT Scheme v4.1/bin/mzc

if it's something with plt 3.99 you should check your startup scripts 
like .bash_profile in your home directory and change the path for the 
new plt release there.
